We started Vying Technologies Ou in 2016 and since then we remained focused on two main things. Learning and making sure that our customers are satisfied. Being a small company which can handle up to a hundred customers, it is pretty easy to keep track of each and every partner’s opinion, because we use whatsapp and/or a direct call to communicate. We will never use a ticketing system because we consider it to be to impersonal. We are not robots! 🙂
