Depending on the chosen package(for example this website is built using the features of the start package – a good test to see how the server behaves under load and for you to see what we mean by ‘design provided by the chosen FREE theme’ with a little tweaks) you might need to buy extra features called plugins. We are trying to avoid those plugins as much as we can, but in some cases there is no going arround them. If they have to be paid(most of the times we manage to work with the free version of them) the invoice goes straight to you, from the company which sells them. We will never charge you extra for any of these kind of enhancements.
